Shipping Outside the Continental United States
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us via Phone or Email to arrange shipping. Please note, there is likely an additional charge.
Most of the items offered on our website ship within 48 hours of the order being placed. However some items may have an extended lead time. This will be indicated in the item description. Some of our products are made to order. This will result in usually no more than a 7 day delay, unless otherwise noted. We strongly suggest you contact us before placing your order to verify ship times if your order is time sensitive or critical. You will still need to allow for time in transit, which can vary depending on the item weight and size, delivery location, and shipping carrier. Shipping is included in the cost of items purchased from our website, therefore items will ship via the most economical means. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange for expedited shipping.
Shipment Communication and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which will outline the shipping details for each item in your order. This will include the ship date, tracking number, and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track your shipment using the information from your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Damage During Shipment
Our biggest concern is that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your items upon delivery. In the rare occurrence that your order has been damaged during shipment please note specific damages on the delivery slip with the carrier. Then contact us to discuss your options.
We cannot accept returns for custom-made items.
If you wish to return an item after it has shipped to you (for any reason other than a mistake we have made), there will be a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of original delivery, and received without damaged. Items received damaged or not in 100% new condition will NOT receive a refund. Please ensure your returns are shipped with insurance and packaged properly.
